Is this intended to be a feminine hygiene cleansing product?
Our Deck Line and Kitty Wipes were created with skin care in mind and we keenly focus on just that. To help give you the most gentle and effective results without imbalancing your natural state, our products do not contain cleansing or pH balancing properties.
What is the difference between the Deck Scrub Original and Deck Scrub Sensitive?
Both of our Scrubs contain physical and natural chemical exfoliants to help you feel confident in preventing and eliminating ingrown hairs, redness, and irritation in those sensitive areas where you take time to wax or shave. Our Sensitive Scrub takes our beloved Original Scrub’s formula and adds aloe, chamomile, and comfrey to further soothe and nourish your skin. But we don’t stop there. We also use a finer physical exfoliant for a powerful yet gentle scrub. Your delicate skin will thank you!
How often should I use my new products?
The key to any successful skincare routine is consistency and correct product layering. Wait (48 hours) after your hair removal appointment before using your Scrub - your skin is a little too fresh to exfoliate right away. Your Polish can be used as soon as the last bit of hair is removed. For best results, both your Scrub and Polish are safe to use daily, but we recommend at a minimum 3 times a week!
How do I get the best use out of my products?
We got your kitty’s best life covered in 2 easy steps! In the shower, use a generous amount of your favorite Deck Scrub in a circular motion. From time to time our skin can be a little stubborn - when this happens, apply your favorite Deck Scrub to your dry skin and then rinse in the shower. This will give you the added exfoliation you’ll love. Seal off your results with a squeeze of your Deck Polish on clean dry skin. Stick a couple Kitty Wipes in your pocket, clutch, or bag - and feel confident that your bikini skincare is the least of your worries for at least the next 24 hours!
How do your Deck products help my bikini skincare woes?
We hear you! Irritation, redness, and ingrown hairs are super common issues that most of us women can experience when we opt to remove our hair - especially down there. But, with the proper knowledge and right products - the hair removal part can be the most painful part! Exfoliation and hydration are key to a happy and smooth kitty. Our Deck Scrubs are specially formulated to exfoliate your most delicate areas by effectively removing dead skin - giving no chance for hair to be trapped into ingrown purgatory. Our Deck Polish is the icing on the cake. We love using it directly after our hair removal appointments to help calm our freshly exposed skin, add back moisture, kill bacteria, and keep your pores closed every day after that. With Deck Polish in your beauty bag, you can completely eliminate the need for harsh chemical serums that dry the skin out. Did we mention they smell heavenly too?! Who doesn’t want to smell amazing while kicking irritation and ingrowns to the curb!
Do your Deck products help with discoloration and scarring?
We know that discoloration from hyperpigmentation and scarring can impact our confidence. While we believe you’re beautiful just the way you are, we get it as we struggle to accept our own hyperpigmentation stories. Fun fact, over time consistent exfoliation can help to refresh and correct your skin’s natural texture and pigment! What is the estimated time of shipping?
There’s nothing worse than getting excited for a product - and having to wait forever to receive it. So we make shipping as quick as possible. Place your order by 10 AM Eastern Monday through Friday and you automatically unlock same day shipping. Standard delivery offers 3-5 days within the US. Shipping times may vary during peak seasons or for international addresses. You will always be able to track your order with a tracking number sent directly to you once your order is placed. *Covid has recently impacted the US shipping carriers and while we do our best to get our products out of our warehouse, we can’t control the shipping times once it leaves us.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! See your shipping rates at checkout. We are also working on International Distribution so that we can get our products even closer to all of our fans around the world.

I didn’t receive my order confirmation?
Ugh, technology is getting in the way of your greatness! We know that you’ve already checked your junk folder, your other email address, and waited a few moments - so we’ll spare you the troubleshooting. Shoot us an email letting us know at firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll make sure to resend your confirmation and can track your order.
What are your return and refund policies?
We’re so confident you’ll love your new products, we put our names on them! But if the unexpected happens and you need to make a return, you can send unopened products back for a full refund. My order never arrived or is damaged, help!
First, check with coworkers, neighbors, and family members! Many times one of them will have your package. Second, reach out to your local USPS or UPS office to have them help you locate it using your tracking number. If neither of those work out contact us at here. Once those babies leave our warehouse with a shipping carrier, we have little control of your shipment, but we will do what we can to help troubleshoot with you.
What if I need to cancel an order?
We get it. Mistakes happen. And we will always help out as much as we possibly can, however in order to give our customers the best possible experience we try to get orders out the door quickly and may not always be able to cancel your order before it ships. If your order has already shipped and it will not be able to be cancelled. In that case, please refer to our return policy here.
What if I need to make a return?
Are your products cruelty free, paraben free, and fragrance free?
Yes, yes, yes! We have both scented and fragrance free products for whatever floats your boat!
Do you have any vegan products?
All of our products are vegan except for our Deck Polish which contains milk protein and lactose. Stay tuned for our Deck PURE line which will be 100% vegan.
Are your products made in the US?
Our products are 100% made and filled in the US.
Are your products safe for vaginas?
Our products are bikini skin care vs being vaginal care. Our products are intended for external use only and should never be used internally.
Can men use your products?
Absolutely! Men have definitely been known to pick up some of our products. Our biology may be different and our skin may have a different texture, creating different results. But rest assured, our products can be used by anyone.
Are your products safe for pregnant women?
Our products are not for internal use, have clean ingredients and have been gynecologist approved, however not all doctors hold the same opinions on ingredients and what is best for women under their care. So, as with the use of any type of product during your pregnancy, please consult with your doctor specifically before use.
